Inside the Player Chat: Stickers, Badges and Settings

The lobby has a room full of players talking between spins. Here is how stickers and Division badges work, with two switches for a busy chat.

A casino lobby tends to be a quiet place. Dragon Money adds a chat panel on the right side of the screen, and players talk there between spins and rounds.

The panel folds away with the arrow on its edge, so the games get the full width whenever you want it.

Stickers and who gets them

Messages can carry stickers, and the set depends on the Division of the account. Divisions follow the deposits of the current month:

DivisionWhat it adds in chat
AmberStandard stickers
JadePremium stickers
AmethystThe Division badge next to your name
GoldEverything above, with lower payment commissions

Each level keeps the perks of the one below it. A Gold player therefore has both sticker sets and the badge at once.

Sticker sets grow with the level of the account, so a new month can bring new ones as the deposits add up.

The full list of monthly perks is on the Dragon Money bonus page, next to the other regular offers.

Your avatar in the conversation

Every message shows the avatar of its author. The character comes from the editor in the profile, and the guide on building your avatar walks through it.

A character of your own makes your messages easy to spot. It also turns a list of names into a room of familiar faces.

Keeping the chat readable

Two switches in the profile settings help when the panel gets busy:

  • Disable user avatars turns off the pictures of other players, which helps on a slow connection
  • Disable display of foreign divisions removes other players' badges when they get in the way

Both switches affect only your own screen. Other players still see your avatar and your badge as usual.

Chat and support are different

The player chat is a social space, not a help desk. Questions about payments or the account go to the support chat, which runs 24/7 and answers in about a minute.

The support icon is the first button in the lower part of the left sidebar. A short message with the email of the account speeds up the reply.

Joining in

The chat opens after a Dragon Money login on a desktop or a phone.

It works the same way on a Dragon Money mirror, because the conversation belongs to the platform.

The games of the Dragon Money casino remain one click away with the chat open.
